When you're not wearing your pieces, we suggest storing them in their original Ana Luisa packaging in a cool, dry place to help maintain their luster and extend their lifespan.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Any returned jewelry must arrive to us in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging. All returns are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. To get started, contact our team by emailing love@analuisa.com. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the return reason. We will provide a pre-paid return label you may use to ship your return back to us. Upon receipt, our team will process your refund minus the original and return shipping fee.
